1. Wholesale Nature of Business
Tolo Dresses operates strictly as a wholesale (B2B) supplier. All purchases are made for commercial resale purposes.
Accordingly, all sales are final. We do not offer:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
By placing an order, buyers acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Limited Exceptions
Claims are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Manufacturing defects
- Shipping damage
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
To process a claim, buyers must provide:
- Clear photo evidence
- Order number
- Packing slip details
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or claims will not be accepted for:
- Size or fitting issues
- Color variation expectations
- Slow retail sales
- Customer purchasing decisions
- Market demand changes
Product images are for reference only. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, fabric dye lots, or screen display differences.
4. Claim Resolution
If a claim is reviewed and approved, Tolo Dresses may offer one of the following resolutions:
- Product replacement
- Store credit toward future orders
Refunds to the original payment method are not issued.
5. Inspection Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon delivery.
Failure to report issues within the stated claim window constitutes acceptance of the goods in full.
6. Shipping Damage Liability
If damage occurs during transit, claims must include:
- Photos of damaged items
- Outer packaging images
- Courier label visibility
We will coordinate with the logistics provider to investigate the claim.
7. Policy Enforcement
Tolo Dresses reserves the right to:
- Approve or deny claims at its discretion
- Request additional documentation
- Limit repeated claim requests
